Chinook Area – Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Each year, the Chinook Area Service Committee holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) to elect new trusted servants to the various open service positions. This year’s AGM will be held on Saturday, November 15th at 11:00AM. This will be a hybrid event; the in-person meeting will be hosted from the Calgary YWCA headquarters in Inglewood, with the option for members to join virtually via Zoom. https://us04web.zoom.us/j/8379948457

There are many positions open for the upcoming year, and we encourage members to join us in the spirit of NA service! Positions up for nomination are:

ADMIN COMMITTEE: ASC CHAIR, ASC VICE CHAIR, SECRETARY, RCM and RCM-ALT
SUB-COMMITTEE CHAIRS: ACTIVITIES, HOSPITALS & INSTITUTIONS (H&I), LITERATURE, OUTREACH, PUBLIC RELATIONS (PR)

Suggested clean time requirements are as follows:
ASC Chair: 3 years – Vice Chair: 2 years – Treasurer: 3 years – Secretary: 2 years – RCM: 5 years – RCM Alt: 4 years
Sub-Committee Chairs: 2 Years, EXCEPT… Literature Committee Chair: 5 years
