HOLIDAY Marathon Meeting – Running Dec 24th 6pm to Dec 26 12pm (noon)
Itinerary:
Dec 24th 6-7pm Ham & Scallop potato Dinner (approx 40 meals available)
Dec 24: Speaker: 8-9pm
Dec 25th 10am : Santa is coming for a visit for brunch from 10-12pm (noon) only.
Brunch: Pankcakes and Sausages
(approx 40 meals available)
Dec 25th 6-7pm Turkey Dinner
(approx 40 meals available)
December 25: Speaker 8-9pm
Dec 26th Closing Speaker: 11am-12pm
Dec 26th Clean up 1-3pm
Service positions are available, Chair the marathon meeting, Help cook/clean up after meals, Contribute/Donate by sending an e-transfer to asc.events@chinookna.org
This is a POTLUCK event- if you’re able to contribute your time or a meal please contact a member on the Adhoc/Activities committee or leave a note here and we can get you added to the spreed sheets! Thanks to all whom have volunteered there hard work and time to make this event run smoothly
